We offer you an excellent career opportunity as a Sales Representative in Cluj-Napoca. We are looking for competitive, energetic, and ambitious individuals to help us grow our business activities and expand our client portfolio. You will report to the Regional Manager and be responsible for achieving the set objectives for your designated region.

Responsabilities
✔ Responsible for the company’s sales in the allocated region;
✔ Maintain/expand relationships with existing clients by identifying and evaluating their business needs;
✔ Continuously improve the client portfolio and promote our products and equipment;
✔ Negotiate commercial terms, sign contracts with clients, and monitor their implementation and completion;
✔ Initiate and organize presentations, as well as other communications with clients, both online/phone and face-to-face;
✔ Collaborate with various internal teams, including but not limited to design, finance, and marketing;
✔ Build client loyalty by being a trusted advisor;
✔ Maintain a consistently customer-oriented attitude.
Requirements
✔ Experience in the field and a good knowledge/understanding of the electric power market – an advantage;
✔ Willingness to travel frequently – Category B driving license;
✔ Negotiation skills, analytical mindset, and customer-oriented approach;
✔ Ability to work both independently and in a team;
✔ Excellent presentation and communication skills;
✔ Well-organized, dynamic, positive-thinking, friendly, and efficient person;
✔ Experience with SAP – an advantage.
