Bucharest, December 22, 2025 – Nyerges & Partners advised Eximprod on the sale of an operational 6.4 MW solar photovoltaic power plant to AJ Brand. The project benefited from funding under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.
Nyerges & Partners provided sell-side legal advice across all key phases of the project, including legal support regarding the legal due diligence performed by AJ Brand, drafting and negotiating the transaction documents, securing the FDI approval on behalf of AJ Brand, transaction closing.
