What are we looking for?
An engineer with solid experience (minimum 4–5 years) in projects involving electrical transformer substations — from tendering and design to execution and commissioning.
Key requirements:
- Completed higher education in electrical/energy engineering;
- Relevant experience of at least 4–5 years in coordinating complex technical projects, especially in the development and implementation of electrical transformer substations;
- Strong skills in managing multidisciplinary teams and in handling relationships with clients and subcontractors;
- Advanced knowledge of technical standards and regulations in the energy sector.
Key requirements:
- Coordination of electrical transformer substation projects in all phases (tendering, design, execution);
- Supervision of technical teams and management of relationships with clients and partners;
- Ensuring project delivery on time, within budget, and at the required quality standards;
- Close collaboration with internal teams: design, procurement, logistics, and execution.
