The Digital Europe Program will reinforce the EU’s critical digital capacities by focusing on the key areas of artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, advanced computing, data infrastructure, governance and processing, the deployment of these technologies, and their best use for critical sectors like energy, climate change and environment, manufacturing, agriculture, and health.
To support the market uptake and dissemination of innovative cybersecurity solutions (notably in SMEs, as well as results from publicly funded research in the EU), improve knowledge and auditing of cybersecurity preparedness.
Create, support, and/or strengthen, and interconnect, cyber threat detection capacities, allowing for reinforced capacities to monitor and detect cyber threats, the creation of collective knowledge, and the sharing of best practices.
