Eximprod launches Site Guardian (SG200), a complete package of audit, equipment and services for OT/SCADA cybersecurity at renewable energy and storage parks
Eximprod Grup announces the launch of Site Guardian (SG200), a cybersecurity solution for OT/SCADA systems in wind, solar and storage parks and in transformer substations. SG200 helps energy operators protect their assets and prepare for compliance with the NIS2 Directive (EU) 2022/2555, transposed into Romanian law by Government Emergency Ordinance (GEO) 155/2024. The Directive requires energy operators classified as essential or important entities to implement cybersecurity risk-management measures and to report significant incidents within strict deadlines.
SG200 brings together six components in a single package:
- OT/SCADA assessment – security posture audit against NIS2 and IEC 62443, risk register, gap analysis and a prioritised remediation plan.
- Preconfigured hardware – server, OT firewall, industrial switch and backup.
- NIS2 documentation – incident response plan, BIA, BCP, disaster recovery plan, risk register and supply chain security policy.
- Network segmentation – VLAN zones, centralised identity, host hardening, firewall ACLs and RADIUS/AAA.
- OT threat detection – automated asset inventory, continuous OT traffic monitoring, anomaly detection and automated alerting via SIEM.
- SAT and knowledge transfer – on-site acceptance with client sign-off, plus a free Cyber Arena OT cybersecurity training for the client’s team.
Implementation runs in five stages: assessment, design, FAT, installation, and SAT with knowledge transfer. Most of the work is done remotely, and on-site presence is limited. The client retains ownership of all systems. The same framework and documentation can be extended to other parks and regions with minimal adjustments.
