Job Description
Eximprod Engineering is seeking skilled Software Engineers to join our software development team.
This is a career-accelerating opportunity in industrial automation, a domain where software directly supports the operation of critical infrastructure. You will deepen your expertise by working on complex multi-process systems, developed according to industry standards and deployed in industrial facilities under strict regulations.
Responsibilities
- Participate in design reviews and propose technical approaches for new features
- Propose improvements to product architecture, code quality, performance, and maintainability
- Own end-to-end feature implementation and delivery
- Write and maintain unit tests, and update CI/CD pipelines when toolchain or dependency changes occur
- Mentor other engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and troubleshooting sessions
Must-haves
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Proven experience with at least one modern programming language, such as C/C++, Rust, Java, C#, or Python
- Proficiency with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines, such as Git, Mercurial, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar
- Experience with Unix systems
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with inter-process communication, such as shared memory, pipes, or similar mechanisms
- Experience with multi-threaded software, including pthreads, mutexes, condition variables, and race conditions
- Experience with network programming, TCP/IP, and client-server architectures
- Experience with REST APIs or WebSockets
- Understanding of Docker containerization basics
