Notice regarding the occupation of the lands related to the objective
“Connection of LEA 110kV Gutinas Focsani Nord to the 110kV station Marasesti and site organization”
SC DISTRIBUTIE ENERGIE ELECTRICA ROMÂNIA SA, (DEER) with headquarters in Cluj Napoca, Ilie Măcelaru street, no. 28A, Cluj county, licensed operator of the electric distribution network in Vrancea county, through the authorized designer SC EXIMPROD ENGINEERING S.A., with headquarters in Buzau, Transilvaniei str., no. 1, Buzau county, announces the owners of the land on the site regarding the achievement of the energy objective “Connection of LEA 110kV Gutinas-Focsani Nord in the 110kV Marasesti station”, proposed to be located in the outskirts, Marasesti city, T135, T137, T141, T142, T143 , Vrancea county.
For the effective exercise of the rights of use and servitude over privately owned lands, the Company owes under the conditions stipulated by Law 123/2012 on electricity, H.G. no. 135/2011, Law 50/1991 regarding the execution of construction works, allowances and compensations for the owners of land and crops on the site.
The documentation regarding the location of the work with the affected lands as well as the conditions for payment of allowances and compensations is available at Marasesti City Hall – Town Planning and Agricultural Registry Departments, Campuri City Hall – Agricultural Registry Department and at the designer’s headquarters in the Municipality of Buzau, Transilvaniei str., no. 1, floor 5.
