Notification regarding the occupation of the lands related to the objective

The financier user S.C. SMART POWER GENERATION ALFA S.R.L, based in Buzau, Transilvaniei str., no. 1, floor 5, in the Municipality of Buzau, part of the EXIMPROD Group and the operator of the distribution network in Galati County S.C. DISTRIBUTIE ENERGIE ELECTRICA ROMĀNIA S.A., (DEER ) with headquarters in the municipality of Cluj Napoca, Ilie Măcelaru Street, no. 28A, Cluj County, announces the owners of the land on the site regarding the realization of the energy objective “Aerial electric line(LEA)/underground(LES) 110kV, works in the power station Cudalbi, site organization and underground/surface/aerial passage easement”, proposed to be located in the outskirts of the Cudalbi commune, T 50, T 50+50/1, T 96, T 97, T 98, T105, T106, T131 , T123, T133, T107, T108, T112, T111, T110, T109, T11, T12, T91, T10, Galati county.
For the effective exercise of the rights of use and servitude conferred by Law 123/2012 on electricity, on privately owned land temporarily affected by the execution of works, the Company owes, under the conditions provided by Law 123/2012, H.G. no. 135/2011 and Law 50/1991 regarding the execution of construction works, allowances and compensations for the owners of land and crops on the site.
The documentation regarding the location of the work with the affected lands as well as the conditions for payment of allowances and compensations is available at Cudalbi City Hall and at the headquarters of SC Smart Power Generation Alfa SRL in the Municipality of Buzau, Transilvaniei str., no. 1, floor 5.
